Kim Parish is an investigator with the ADR Chambers Banking Ombuds Office. Kim previously performed work for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board in which she investigated claims for workers claiming initial entitlement to benefits.Kim has formal training within the area of Dispute Resolution and is also a Chartered Mediator. Kim has been performing mediations for over 5 years in areas including; civil, commercial, automotive, and insurance. Kim also performs work as a facilitator for ADR Chambers, investigating complaints from provincial government agencies.
Prior to entering the field of dispute resolution, Kim worked in the area of automotive finance, working for a financial lender which provided the manufacturer’s lease program for up to 7 different automotive manufacturers. Kim gained experience in areas including credit lending, contract interpretation, and the administration of manufacturer specific lease programs to automotive franchise dealers located across Ontario.
